Oracle 11g на WinXP. Отрубилось питание у компа. После перезагрузки любая попытка входа в базу заканчивается ошибкой ora-01033(кроме sys):

Помогло следующее:
C:\Documents and Settings\PWS>sqlplus sys@wind as sysdba

и рестарт базы.
